The ARU mentoring initiative is still in its relative infancy. The CTSG hope to offer students who are keen to pursue a career in law, the opportunity to communicate with someone who has recently experienced the job applications process and the challenges of study and development within the legal field. It is a highly competitive job market, and experiences of those who have progressed through the system may be valuable to those concluding their studies.
